Prior to joining the team, Tracy worked in the financial industry since 2007 in various positions, including marketing, administration, as a financial advisor and data analyst. She is an ambitious hard worker driven by a sense of accomplishment, success and most importantly, happiness.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with my husband and two teen daughters in the great outdoors.
