Before joining Bellwether in 2023, he worked with a broad range of institutional and high-net-worth investors, including global investment fund managers, multi-billion-dollar pension funds, and corporations, providing both advisory and consulting services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo, where he majored in Economics with a specialization in Finance. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a CFA charterholder, and a registered Portfolio Manager with the Ontario Securities Commission.
