Through his holistic approach and network of multidisciplinary experts, he helps affluent families navigate the many complexities that come with wealth. David has an impressive track record of risk management, delivering an exceptional client experience, and prioritizing collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to joining Bellwether, David served as an Investment Counsellor at HSBC Bank Canada, advising the bank&#8217;s high-value clients and implementing customized, discretionary investment strategies. During his early career, he held similar roles with one of Canada&#8217;s leading wealth management firms as well as a boutique multi-family office. David has broad experience integrating investment advice with the many tax, risk, and estate planning issues confronting clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations, and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society and the CFA Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Western University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management\u2014The University of New South Wales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David enjoys sailing and is a member of the Toronto Island Sailing Club.
