Portfolio Administrator

The Portfolio Administrator will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, Advisors, Custodians, fellow Portfolio Administrators, and clients, providing timely, accurate information and service support in the administration of client accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and be client-service centric with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize work. The successful candidate is a team player, ready to take on new challenges, works well under pressure, and utilizes their excellent problem-solving skills to help others. This position reports to the Manager, Operations and Portfolio Administration, and the assigned Portfolio Manager.

Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our investment
management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing individual
securities and/or funds, with a deep understanding of global equities and the ability to identify
investment opportunities in the US and international markets. As a Portfolio Manager, you will
be. a member of Bellwether’s investment team that is responsible for the management of all of
our proprietary funds and strategies as well as implementing the strategy across client
portfolios.

VP, Advisor Recruitment

The Vice President, Advisor Recruitment (Canada) is tasked with managing the end-to-end lifecycle of advisor recruitment throughout the Canadian market. The ideal candidate is a highly driven professional possessing a deep, pre-existing network of advisor prospects and a deep understanding of the wealth management industry. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully navigating and managing complex transitions within the Canadian regulatory frameworks, specifically the provincial securities commissions and CIRO.

Family Wealth Advisor

The Family Wealth Advisor is accountable for the overall client relationship, including ongoing advice, planning, and regulatory compliance. Importantly, many responsibilities that would typically fall to the advisor at other firms — including portfolio implementation, trading oversight, performance reporting, and day-to-day account administration — are supported by dedicated Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Administrators. This team-based structure significantly reduces administrative burden and non-revenue-generating tasks, allowing the Family Wealth Advisor to focus the majority of their time on client-facing activities, relationship development, and strategic wealth planning. The ideal candidate is highly client- centric, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and can effectively prioritize and manage their time within a collaborative team environment.

Client Experience Manager

As the primary point of contact for client, the Client Experience Manager will manage the full client lifecycle—from onboarding and account maintenance to coordinating exclusive events and charitable initiatives. You will work closely with Portfolio Administrators and Family Wealth Advisors, providing the analytical support and meticulous documentation required to deliver tailored financial strategies. Beyond client service, you will act as a “hub” for office operations, managing premises logistics and internal communications with a proactive approach, to drive the team’s collective success.
