The US Small Cap Fund invests in stocks of small US companies that combine low valuation characteristics with strong cash flow and earnings growth. John Wood, Bellwether 's Chairman says; "the fund was designed to provide investors with strong long term capital appreciation by investing in 20 - 50 of the best companies residing in the SP600 Index". Mr Wood adds; "stocks may be selected from outside the index, but these stocks may not exceed 10% of the market value of the overall Fund".
The SP600 Index is recognized as the prevalent small cap index in the United States.
